I am private pay only and do not take insurance. At this time I charge $75 for individual sessions and $100 for couples. I do have a sliding scale available as well because I want to make sure therapy is accessible to everyone who needs and wants it!

We will spend the first 1 to 2 sessions really getting to know each other well. I will ask you a lot of questions about yourself and your history and family.

Each client is different. I ask that all my clients commit to 8 weekly sessions and then we can reassess how often we see each other.

Under the No Surprises Act (H.R. 133 – effective January 1, 2022), health care providers can give clients or patients upon request who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
